# Tourgy Tourz – Terms & Conditions

## Booking & Payment

* All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
* Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
* Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
* Prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

## Cancellations & Refunds

* Cancellation charges may apply depending on the supplier's cancellation policy.
* Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation terms of the accommodation, activity providers, and transport suppliers.
* Any bank charges or payment processing fees incurred during refunds may be deducted from the refundable amount.

## Changes to Bookings

* Requests to amend confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
* Tourgy Tourz cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once a booking has been confirmed.

## Travel Documents

* Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other travel documentation required for their journey.
* Tourgy Tourz is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

## Health & Safety

* Guests participate in tours and activities at their own risk.
* Clients must disclose any medical conditions, mobility concerns, or dietary requirements before travel where these may affect their participation.
* Guests are responsible for obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, personal belongings, cancellations, and evacuation where applicable.

## Force Majeure

Tourgy Tourz shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, airline disruptions, or supplier operational issues.

## Wildlife

Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Animals roam freely in their natural habitat, and sightings vary depending on weather, season, and environmental conditions.

## Supplier Changes

Tourgy Tourz reserves the right to substitute accommodation, vehicles, guides, or activities with alternatives of a similar standard should operational requirements make it necessary.

By completing your booking and making payment through the Activitar platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
