Tourgy Tourz – Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until the booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to supplier commitments and prepaid accommodation, transport and activity reservations, the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 45 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking value will apply. The remaining 80% will be refunded.
30 to 45 days before departure: 70% of the total booking value is non-refundable. A refund of up to 30% may be issued where supplier refunds are received.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the booking value is non-refundable.

Many of our accommodation providers, national parks and activity suppliers require full prepayment and do not provide refunds once within their cancellation periods. Tourgy Tourz will always endeavour to recover any refundable amounts from suppliers; however, refunds are subject to the individual supplier's cancellation policies.

Where refunds are applicable, any bank charges, foreign exchange losses or payment gateway transaction fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Changes to Bookings
Requests to amend confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Tourgy Tourz cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated once bookings have been confirmed.
Any additional costs charged by accommodation providers, transport companies or activity suppliers will be payable by the guest.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates and any other travel documentation required for their journey.
Tourgy Tourz accepts no responsibility for denied boarding or refused entry due to incorrect, expired or incomplete travel documentation.
Health & Travel Insurance
Guests participate in all tours and activities at their own risk.
Any medical conditions, mobility limitations or dietary requirements that may affect participation must be disclosed before travel.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, personal belongings, delays and emergency evacuation is strongly recommended for all travellers.
Force Majeure

Tourgy Tourz shall not be held liable for delays, itinerary changes, cancellations or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, government regulations, border closures, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, airline disruptions, supplier operational issues or any other force majeure event.

Wildlife Disclaimer

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed especially "big 5" . Animals roam freely within their natural environment, and sightings vary depending on weather conditions, seasonality, animal movement and other environmental factors.

Supplier Substitutions

Tourgy Tourz reserves the right to substitute accommodation, vehicles, guides or activities with alternatives of a similar standard where operational requirements, availability or unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.

Responsibility

Tourgy Tourz acts as an agent for accommodation establishments, transport providers and activity operators where applicable. While every effort is made to ensure services are delivered as booked, Tourgy Tourz cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions or operational failures of third-party suppliers.

Acceptance

By confirming and paying for a booking through the Activitar platform, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
